The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces is bringing more than 150 artists to Chastain Park for the 17th annual Fall Arts Festival. The two-day event takes place on Park Drive in Fulton County’s largest public park. It runs Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Participants include fine painters, photographers, sculptors, glass blowers, leather crafters, and jewelers. These artists represent Georgia and the Southeast region. Visitors can browse original pieces available for purchase. The festival also features live demonstrations where artists show their techniques to the public.

Beyond the visual displays, the grounds host acoustic music performances and a live DJ. An interactive children’s area provides programming for younger attendees. Local food trucks will be stationed around the park to serve guests. Admission is free, and the venue is open to all ages as well as leashed pets.

Randall Fox, the founder of the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, discussed the event alongside participating artists Martha Serezli and Dave Lasker. The group detailed the variety of crafts on display. They emphasized the community aspect of the gathering.

Proceeds from the festival go toward a scholarship fund for local artists. The Georgia Foundation for Public Spaces administers this fund. Free public parking is available in and around Chastain Park at 4469 Stella Drive. More information is available at chastainparkartsfestival.com or affps.com.
